The second Global Careers Month will take place from 5 to 26 November 2025, bringing together international partners, policymakers and practitioners to highlight the role of career guidance and lifelong learning in building inclusive and resilient labour markets.
The initiative is organised by the Inter-Agency Working Group on Career Guidance (IAG WGCG), which brings together Cedefop, the European Commission, the European Training Foundation (ETF), the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), UNESCO, and the World Bank.
Throughout the month, partners — in collaboration with the International Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance (IAEVG) — will host a range of global, regional and national events showcasing good practices, research and policy developments in the field of career guidance.
You can visit the Global Careers Month webpage to explore upcoming events, tools and resources and add your national or local events to be included in the global map.
