The Training in Green Guidance: from Theory to Practice is an intensive 5-day program aimed at career guidance professionals. The event focuses on integrating sustainable practices into the guidance approach, exploring green guidance theories, sustainable career pathways, and practical techniques to apply these concepts in daily work.
Organized as part of the "Exploring Green Guidance" project, this training includes research and best practices from six European countries. Participants will learn about the core principles of green guidance, its relevance to career development practices, and practical tools to integrate sustainability into their work.
The upcoming sessions will be held in Nancy, France, from September 8-12, 2025, and in Bratislava, Slovakia, from November 10-14, 2025. The course is designed to be compatible with Erasmus+ funding, this must be done through your institution (e.g. school, university, public employment office, professional association, adult education institution, charity or non-governmental organisation). Reach to the management of your organisation to inquire about the possibility of applying for Erasmus+ grant (Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals).
Current deadline for applying for Erasmus+ Key Action 1 projects is 19th February 2025.
